“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20
Jesus’ command and promise above are the last words He spoke before ascending to heaven. The first thing to know about mission is that it is all about being like Jesus. Jesus left the comfort of heaven to go on a mission to seek and save what was lost (Luke 19:10). Now God sends us on missions into our neighborhoods, our region, and even to places we may never go otherwise to continue Jesus’ mission by sharing everything Jesus has shared with us (Acts 1:8).
Dominion Faith World Outreach supports mission work around the world. With each project we support, we strive to care for each mission’s partner, be actively involved with each partner and share the love of Christ through each partner. We can financially support every worthy missions project around the world, and we also do prayerfully consider every work that comes before us as we listen for how God wants Dominion Faith World Outreach to be a part of what He is doing all over the world. Join us as we extend hope to the poor.
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” – Matt. 24:14.
In obedience to the great commission, Dominion Faith World Outreach has been working diligently to take the gospel to all nations starting with the continent of Africa. We wish to spread the word that will help people attain personal, professional and spiritual growth. For this reason, our ministry has approved four (4) vital plans of action and strategy for our mission work.
First is the School of Leadership and Pastoral Nurture which is organized for equipping the pastors, workers, political leaders and potential leaders with nuggets of spiritual vibrancy and transformational leadership. One of the pertinent goal of our outreach ministry and the reason we began the School of Leadership and Pastoral Nurture is to train more leaders who would have vision for the local churches, and are interested in fidelity to God’s word and who seek the lost with passion to serve as future leaders. These are leaders of integrity, character and honesty. Certificates are awarded to pastors and leaders who participates.
Second is our Empowerment Programme run under the patronage of Center for Vocational Empowerment and Development (CVED). This provides free training in specific skills to several people in order for them to become economically self-sustaining. The skills acquired include production of Soap, Insecticides, Disinfectant, Stain Removal, Toilet Wash, Body Cream, Hair Cream, Body Perfume, Air Freshener, Germicides, etc. Preaching the gospel becomes easier after the people has been empowered. Certificates will be awarded to all the trainees at the end of the training. Preaching the word of God becomes easier when the people have been empowered.
The third pivot of our mission is the Encounter Night where we focus on teachings such as “The Problem of Man (Sin)”, “The Solution (The Power of the Cross)”, and “How to Overcome (The Power of the Holy Spirit)” as well as teachings on spiritual growth as entrenched in God’s word.
Fourthly, Dominion Faith World Outreach enlists individuals and churches that want to plant church in the continent of Africa. Our desire is to produce healthy church that teaches through the Bible and have a balanced view of the present work of the Holy Spirit in the world today. To this end, we have church planting training and materials to equip and encourage up-and-coming church planters to set out with confidence and success. This is a platform where people learn how to carefully plant churches and get involved in various mission works. This will enable church planters to spread God’s love to farther regions and win souls to God’s Kingdom. Assistance is made available to every equipped church planter for one (1) year. The cost of planting churches varies depending on the location or the nation. Spreading the gospel is what we have been commanded to do. The harvest of our mission work can best be retained by church planting. Planting a church is like planting a tree to stop desert encroachment. Church planting is the most effective way to stop the move of Islam. The Church Planter’s Form will be given to all interested church planters or churches that want to get involve in church planting.
